Deliveries are sent out nationwide. Please do not book a tiler in or commence any work unless the order has been delivered from us and checked by yourself. We cannot reimburse or compensate for any financial demands due to the delayed deliveries under any circumstances due to any reasonable cause for delay which is beyond our control. All deliveries are to the kerbside only on a pallet and the courier would not bring it in for you as it is the customer's own responsibility to bring the goods in to their premises. If there are any access problems to the delivery address then it is the customer's responsibility to inform us prior to delivery. Some variations in size, shape, manufacturing tolerance, shading and pattern are inherent in the manufacture of tiles and therefore the Seller accepts no liability. All Natural Stone goods are supplied subject to natural colour and shade variations.
All items are delivered in a timely manner and there are no long lead times unlike others. Our usual delivery lead times are 5-7 working days from placing your order.
All data provided by the customer is covered by the Data Protection Act 1998 and not shared with any 3rd parties apart from couriers for delivery purposes.
You agree to your terms & conditions upon signing up or when placing any orders.
Orders can be cancelled within 14 days from receipt. A full refund is given minus any postage paid if the items are received back in full by us in a resalable condition. It is up to the customer to send the goods back if they need to however we can arrange a collection for a charge depending on the area you live in. There is a 20% restocking charge on all orders which are being returned.
Special orders, job lots, part orders are not returnable.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure items are correct in quantity upon delivery or correct as per purchase before having any installation procedure carried out.
After receipt of goods the refund is processed between 3-5 working days due to administration procedures.
